How to Delete your MyPOS/MyPaaa Account
If you wish to permanently delete your MyPOS account, you can do so directly from within the app by following the steps below:
🧭 Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the MyPOS App on your mobile device.
- From the Home Screen, tap the Profile/Settings icon.
- In the Profile Section, locate and tap the Delete Account button.
- You will be prompted to enter your account password for security verification.
- A warning message will appear to confirm your intent to permanently delete your account and associated data.
- If the entered password matches your account, the deletion request will be processed.
- Upon successful validation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
