How to Delete your MyPOS/MyPaaa Account

If you wish to permanently delete your MyPOS account, you can do so directly from within the app by following the steps below:

🧭 Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the MyPOS App on your mobile device.
  2. From the Home Screen, tap the Profile/Settings icon.
  3. In the Profile Section, locate and tap the Delete Account button.
  4. You will be prompted to enter your account password for security verification.
  5. A warning message will appear to confirm your intent to permanently delete your account and associated data.
  6. If the entered password matches your account, the deletion request will be processed.
  7. Upon successful validation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
